Over the years, Andrea has worked with a wide range of clients including men and women of all ages looking to increase their overall fitness conditioning, those rehabilitating injuries and pre and postnatal moms.  She is passionate about the healing power of Pilates to fundamentally change the way one moves through the world. Andrea received her Pilates certification through Balanced Body University, is certified in prenatal and postnatal Pilates and holds a business degree from Luther College. Prior to Pilates, Andrea danced and choreographed professionally in musical theater in New York and South Korea.
